The German gaffer has been given a three-year deal from the Bundesliga winners in April, but he admits they won’t keep him at a project without success.

Bayern Munich trainer Hansi Flick is well aware of the expectations he might need to endure to one of the fans, acknowledging winning the dual will undoubtedly be”compulsory” annually.

“Why should not I involve my workers, my closest confidants, at the procedures? I wish to find an idea, remarks are demanded, and at a group, everybody is just as important. That is the way I tick, that is how we do this. You merely have success ”

With German clubs in training, May 9 was earmarked as a possible date for the resumption of their Bundesliga behind closed doors.

But, that’s now in doubt following coronavirus cases started to grow again, with another lockdown not being ruled out.
